Please Help Our Family:

My husband (Gary Dean Cardeccia) is currently being detained at Oklahoma county jail in Oklahoma. January 25th The police in kingman az kicked the the door at our new home and took him away in handcuffs in front of our children. All that they would say was that a warrant was issued for him for one miss court date and he was documented as armed and dangerous! Confused i asked when the warrant was issued they had informed us it was sent out that day. I explained  to them We had been planning to take a week’s trip to Oklahoma for his court date that was on Feb 16 . Even with my pleas of the possible miscommunication they were very polite and empathetic to the situation and ultimately just doing their job.   Malcolm Savage is and is continues to be Cardeccias attorney. No one has any knowledge of any other information that would say other wise. He has been paid $18,500.00 grand total  and have never had so much as a call or a letter informing someone of the dates of any court date that was before the 16 of feb . Cardeccia has been out of custody for 3yrs and appeared at every single court date that needed his physical appearance. Malcolm has not contacted Gary in months and in a later phone conversation between Malcolm and i Mr. Savage, he was confused and stating he could not contact him in mohave county jail and has not even talked to him in months and refused to discuss anything with me after that. Savgage still has not seen or contacted HIS CLIENT.  The very next morning the owner of the house pulled the escrow now we no longer had or have a home. Telling me he would not sell his home to a criminal. The neighbors we had trusted had volunteered to pack our things and store them so all our belongings would be safe. In a saved text message from them to my cell phone they had took the executive decision to take everything me, gary and my children had owned to the local landfill due to some gossip being whispered around the area about Gary cardeccias arrest.  Pictures and sentimental that will never be able to replace. we didnt even have change of clothes or shoes.My daughter’s biological father received child support papers and responded with temporary orders for custody. He was awarded custody never being in her life . tragically he got what he wanted because of his arrest was used as a pawn of an unsafe living condition and Gary unavailable to be at the trial with me. I also was purchasing a car from him that i have been paying for 3 yrs,  he was also took back 2 weeks before i payed off the car and got  title or supposed to so now we have no transportation. Which makes me look worse in court. Our youngest child is 5yrs and is autistic and without either one of them being home he has regressed and is back stepping progress we have made with him. Breaking all of our hearts and i feel helpless in what i can do . i am currently taking public means of transport and  looking for a job but it is limited on the resources i have access to for both lawyers and help anywhere.

So to sum it up he is sitting in jail and we lost and continue to lose everything we worked very hard for and i need some help to get him released. They continue to reset his case because he missed a court date and conspiracy of trafficking when he was driving for a company and did what he was told he didn’t know the illegal activity the company was involved in and i can not afford an another attorney. He is being detained for no reason he is not a flight risk and its wasting tax money for what ? Influence his lawyer is made and now has influence over judge Deasons decision making also because he respects malcolm savage? What kind of justice is that? when someone guilty and dangerous could be in jail instead not Gary Cardeccia. We need him home we have court on 27th of this month  and i need him there to testify please im begging some please hear my cries and help us before i loose everything!! This isn’t how the judicial system is supposed to be run. The EGO and tail feather showing is not  necessary please im begging someone to help us its all i have left!
